At TenNexus, we work with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination. After payment confirmation, order processing and dispatch take 1 to 3 business days.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking code, which will be sent to your email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Partial Shipments

If you purchase more than one product, items may be shipped separately. Each package will have its own tracking code.

Possible Customs Fees

In rare cases, customs may charge additional fees or taxes. Any such costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your address and personal information are correct before completing the purchase. If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if the recipient is unavailable, it may be returned to the sender. In such cases, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
