Refund Policy
At TenNexus, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
Timeframes

Dissatisfaction with the product: Up to 7 days from delivery.

Manufacturing defects: Up to 30 days from delivery.
For visible damage (cracked glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending photos or a video of the product and packaging. After this period, damages will be considered caused by misuse.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the customer may choose between:

A replacement product (depending on stock availability), or

A refund of the product value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable when the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty
All products include a 30-day warranty from delivery.
To activate the warranty, the customer must send a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with images of the original packaging and visible label.
The warranty does not cover:

Aesthetic damage after delivery (scratches, cracks, dents, etc.)

Damage caused by moisture or liquids

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Improper use of accessories

Natural wear from use (scratches, oxidation, battery wear, etc.)

Stress or resistance tests (drops, water exposure, excessive pressure)
